* 3 5+ years as a Business Analyst with strong Salesforce experience
 * Knowledge of Sales/Service Cloud, integrations, APIs, and data flows
 * Experience with Agile/Scrum, backlog management, and release coordination
 * Strong communication and stakeholder-facing skills
 * Experience supporting training/change management efforts
 * Salesforce certifications preferred (BA, Admin, App Builder, etc.)

## Description

We're looking for a proactive Salesforce Business Analyst to support our SFDC platform and integrated business systems. In this role, you'll manage the full lifecycle of feature requests-from intake and requirements gathering to delivery and release-while partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance processes, improve system adoption, and ensure smooth releases across Salesforce and connected tools.
What You'll Do:

 * Manage and prioritize Salesforce feature requests and enhancements
 * Gather requirements, create user stories, and document process flows
 * Partner with Admins, Developers, and Integration teams to deliver high-quality solutions
 * Coordinate project timelines, releases, and cross-system dependencies
 * Support UAT, training readiness, release notes, and user adoption
 * Maintain documentation and ensure changes follow governance and security standards
