## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker*in Systemintegration) oder Informatikstudium sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der IT-Anwendungsbetreuung, idealerweise im Labor- oder Medizinumfeld
 * Kenntnisse in ITIL sowie routinierter Umgang mit Ticketsystemen, bevorzugt Redmine und OTOBO

 * Praktische Erfahrung mit SQL-Abfragen, Linux-Systemen und Skriptumgebungen (z. B. Bash)
 * Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Organisationsgeschick, ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeit, analytisches Denkvermögen sowie Freude daran, systemübergreifende Zusammenhänge zu erkennen und umzusetzen

* Systembetrieb & Monitoring: Betrieb, Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Laborinformationssysteme (LIS) sowie angebundener Applikationen
 * Support & Incident Management: Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für Anwender und interne IT-Teams
 * Administration & Stammdaten: Konfiguration und Administration von LIS, Middleware, Datenbanken sowie Pflege zentraler Stammdaten
 * Releases & Projekte: Planung und Umsetzung von Releases, Inbetriebnahmen und Systemerweiterungen in interdisziplinären Projekten, inklusive aktiver Mitgestaltung des eigenentwickelten LIS
 * Dokumentation & Schulung: Erstellung von Dokumentationen, Schulungen und Wissensmaterialien für Anwender
 * Qualität, Sicherheit & Compliance: Sicherstellung von Qualitäts-, Datenschutz- und IT-Sicherheitsanforderungen inkl. regulatorischer Vorgaben
