## Description

As a Optoelectronic Test Capability Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our optoelectronics product validation processes. Your responsibilities will include supporting pluggable and Trosa DVTr/Reliability testing, as well as implementing TROSA Bonepile reduction testing strategies. Proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL and JMP is essential, along with a solid understanding of optical communication and electrical/optical test fundamentals. Familiarity with optical and electrical test equipment and experience with vb.net are highly advantageous.

 * Support pluggable and Trosa DVTr/Reliability testing, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
 * Implement TROSA Bonepile reduction testing to optimize resource utilization.
 * Utilize SQL and JMP for advanced data analysis, reporting, and test result interpretation.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance test capabilities and share best practices.
 * Document and maintain comprehensive test procedures and results for future reference.
