Requirements - Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on Business or Technology (or equivalent experience). - Hands-on experience in SAP HCM application. - 3+ successful HCM Implementations. - In-depth knowledge of German payroll configuration and a strong track record of delivering high-quality HR system implementations/configurations. - Strong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success, together with discretion in handling sensitive information. - Fluent in English. German is a strong plus. - Excellent communication skills and a client-focused, collaborative mindset.
