## Description

* Als IT Servicetechniker unterstützt du ein Team bei der Betreuung der IT bei einem großen Kunden vor Ort im Rahmen von IMAC Dienstleistungen
 * Du bist für den Support der Mitarbeiter sowie die Wartung und Entstörung von Hard- und Software (z.B. PC, Drucker, Peripherie, Windows 7 / 10) im Büroumfeld mitverantwortlich.
 * Du behebst du Störungen Vor-Ort oder Remote, gelegentlich fährst du in die Zweigniederlassungen des Kunden.
 * Als Rollout Unterstützung hilfst du bei dem Umzug von Client-Arbeitsplätzen sowie deren korrekter Verkabelung.
 * Durchgeführte Arbeiten dokumentierst du in einem Ticketsystem., * Festes und attraktives Monatsgehalt
