## About the Role

## Description

Sie entwickeln und betreiben unsere IT-Landschaft mit Fokus auf Applikationen, Infrastruktur und Security - gemeinsam im Team und mit klarem Blick für Produktions-, Logistik- und Engineering-Prozesse.

 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der PLM-, MES- und ERP-Systeme einschließlich der Schnittstellen zu CAD- und Simulationssystemen
 * Verwaltung von Benutzerrollen, Berechtigungen sowie Optimierung von Zugriffskonzepten
 * Analyse und Behebung von Systemstörungen sowie Unterstützung von Anwendern und Key Usern im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
 * Planung und Durchführung von Softwaretests und Updates
 * Unterstützung bei der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft-Umgebung (M365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune und Exchange Online)
 * Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs der Netzwerkinfrastruktur
 * Weiterentwicklung der IT-Sicherheitslandschaft sowie Mitarbeit im ISMS
