Your tasks The MarTech & Creative Technology Lead (all genders) is responsible for translating Beiersdorf business requirements into scalable technology solutions across creative, content and production workflows. The role acts as the primary bridge between client stakeholders, Publicis technology teams and platform partners, ensuring tools, workflows and AI capabilities are successfully implemented, adopted and governed across the organisation. Your responsibilities * Act as the primary MarTech and Creative Technology contact for Beiersdorf. * Translate marketing, production and operational requirements into clear technology briefs and delivery plans. * Lead the implementation and adoption of workflow, DAM, automation and content production platforms. * Coordinate technology vendors, platform owners and internal delivery teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives. * Act as the central point of orchestration across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment between business requirements, technology capabilities and delivery teams. * Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and stakeholder communications across technology programmes. * Drive onboarding, training and user adoption across markets. * Support AI and automation pilots from concept through to scaled deployment. * Ensure solutions align with governance, data privacy and security requirements. * Monitor platform performance, adoption and optimisation opportunities. * Maintain documentation, processes, implementation roadmaps and technology plans. * Support strategic planning and future technology evolution.
