## About the Role

GitOps principles. Proficiency with GIT and branching strategies. Strong scripting and automation skills using Python and Bash. Experience with Kafka and distributed messaging systems. Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, Terraform). Experience building and improving CI/CD pipelines. Strong understanding of SDLC, developer workflows, and DevOps best practices. Experience with DataDog for monitoring and observability. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to work closely with multiple engineering teams. practices, tooling, and workflows across all engineering teams.* Build and maintain shared platform components, including Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and infrastructure automation.* Support teams in deploying and operating services on AWS, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Helm, and related cloud-native technologies.* Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation or Terraform.* Develop automation and tooling using Python and Bash to optimize developer workflows.* Promote security best practices and ensure platform solutions align with compliance and operational standards.* Assist in the operation and optimization of Kafka and other shared services.* DataDog monitoring.* Provide technical mentoring on DevOps concepts, SDLC best practices, and developer tooling.## Required Skills & Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native solutions.
