## About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Oracle PL/SQL Lead Engineer with a strong background in the banking industry. This role requires a highly autonomous professional who can take ownership, proactively solve complex challenges, and operate independently in a fast-paced, regulated environment., English is a must. Spanish desirable., * Senior-level experience with Oracle PL/SQL on Oracle Database 19c, including participation in Oracle upgrade, modernization, or migration projects. The current initiative involves a strategic migration from Oracle Database 17 to Oracle Database 19c, making hands-on experience with Oracle 19c essential. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in compatibility assessments, PL/SQL code optimization, performance tuning, and support throughout database upgrade processes., * Development and maintenance of PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.

 * Designing and developing complex SQL and PL/SQL scripts.
 * Building, maintaining, and enhancing system integration interfaces.
 * Mandatory experience with enterprise messaging technologies, particularly Kafka and/or IBM MQ, within high-volume, mission-critical integration environments.

Nice to Have

 * Knowledge of SWIFT messaging.
 * Understanding of investment products and financial instruments.
 * Experience within financial markets or capital markets environments.
