## About the Role

This position does not require an IT background, but familiarity with SAP and experience in a purchasing environment are essential., * Previous experience in a purchasing or procurement department (administrative or coordination roles).

 * Familiarity with basic procurement concepts (POs, PRs, supplier management, invoice matching).
 * Strong communication and follow-up skills.

## Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Purchasing Administrator to support our procurement operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with processes, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, and who brings a structured, detail-oriented approach to daily tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth purchasing activities, accurate documentation, and timely follow-up across the procurement cycle., * Manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

 * Maintain and update supplier information, pricing, and product data in SAP.
 * Track order status, delivery schedules, and resolve discrepancies or delays with suppliers.
 * Support internal teams by providing updates on order progress and addressing procurement-related inquiries.
 * Ensure compliance with internal purchasing policies and documentation standards.
 * Prepare reports and maintain purchasing records for audits and internal reviews.
 * Collaborate with finance to ensure correct invoice matching and issue resolution.
