## Description

* Als erste Anlaufstelle für deine Kolleg:innen bearbeitest du technische Anfragen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support, die uns per Ticket-System, E-Mail oder Telefon erreichen.
 * Du analysierst und löst Störungen im Hard- und Softwarebereich, vor allem in unserer Microsoft-Umgebung (Windows Client, Microsoft 365).
 * Du erkennst wiederkehrende Probleme, dokumentierst deine Lösungen in unserer Wissensdatenbank und trägst so aktiv zur Verbesserung unserer IT-Prozesse bei.
 * Du unterstützt bei der Einrichtung neuer Arbeitsplätze und hilfst deinen Kolleg:innen durch kleine Schulungen, unsere IT-Systeme optimal zu nutzen.
