## About the Role

* Enrolled student (Bachelor's or Master's) in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (or comparable practical experience).
 * Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.
 * Good knowledge of Windows, iOS, Microsoft 365, hardware setup and IT troubleshooting.
 * Basic knowledge of MS Azure, Exchange and power apps,
 * Ability to work independently and organize tasks effectively.
 * Reliable, proactive and hands-on approach.
 * Comfortable working in an office environment and providing on-site support.
 * English: Fluent (Mandatory)
 * German: B1 or higher
 * Any additional language is a plus.

## Description

* Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
 * Prepare, configure and hand over IT equipment (laptops, phones, etc.).
 * Set up and maintain workstations and meeting rooms.
 * Provide first-level on-site IT support for end users.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues.
 * Support local office events with IT setup when required.
 * Coordinate with the central IT team and Office Management on local operational tasks.
 * Update and manage IT assets and related documentation. Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT teams.
