 * Translate high-level business rules and operational workflows into detailed technical requirements.

 * Coordinate resource priorities and program deliverables between multiple parallel technical workstreams.
 * Establish and track technical key performance indicators to monitor project progress.
 * Resolve complex integration issues by facilitating technical discussions between business and IT teams.
