The variety of project work and design/architecture statement of work generation is vast. A successful candidate for this position will, above all, closely reflect the values that we have built this company upon: honesty, integrity, and an ambition to continually improve every aspect of our work., * This role requires working from the office a minimum of three (3) days per week * Excellent written and verbal skills are imperative (previous Customer Service experience is a plus) * Have the enterprise-level skills and awareness to understand and appreciate change control, proper documentation, and communication * Well-versed with Windows Server, multi-site Active Directory environments, Advanced Group Policy Management, NPS and RADIUS authentication * Deep virtualization experience (Primarily Hyper-V, VMware, and corresponding clustering technologies, including SAN management) * Knowledge of VDI and/or Session-based desktop design and implementation (Citrix, Microsoft RDS) * Solid knowledge of LAN and WAN infrastructure (IPSec VPN Tunnels, VLANs, routing, DHCP/DNS, SD-WAN) * Security design and best practices for systems and networks, including Multifactor Authentication implementation * Coding or scripting experience is helpful (PowerShell, VBScript, or Python) * Cloud infrastructure design, architecture, and administration (Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS) At least 4 years of experience in an engineering role in an MSP environment is required.
