This role combines mechanical engineering expertise, customer-facing support, and project management to optimize production and maintenance processes while contributing to the growth of industrial water systems and related machine and system designs., * Evaluate customer applications for existing and future products to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with customer needs. * Collaborate with internal teams to complete projects within defined budget and scheduling constraints. * Review production and maintenance reports to identify opportunities for optimization and propose practical, data-driven solutions. * Provide technical support for new product engineering, including design input, testing feedback, and application guidance. * Monitor project progress and performance against project plans, proactively identifying risks and recommending corrective actions. * Use in-depth technical knowledge of product offerings to support sales efforts and help build new business opportunities. * Participate in the design, build, and testing of industrial water systems and related machinery to ensure reliable and efficient performance. * Work directly with customers to understand their requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality support and follow-up. * Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, products, and customer experience by sharing insights from field and customer interactions., Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
