This role is responsible for maintaining accurate hardware asset records, conducting audits, supporting IT lifecycle management processes, and delivering exceptional customer service to end users and internal stakeholders., * Maintain and manage IT hardware asset records across multiple asset management and service management platforms. * Track hardware assets throughout their lifecycle, including receiving, deployment, transfers, repairs, and decommissioning. * Perform electronic and physical audits of IT hardware assets to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance. * Reconcile asset records and identify discrepancies between inventory systems and physical equipment. * Utilize IT Service Management (ITSM) and asset management tools to update asset status, ownership, and location information. * Support end users by responding to IT-related requests and providing excellent customer service. * Document asset management activities, inventory updates, and audit findings. * Generate reports and maintain inventory tracking spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel or similar tools. * Coordinate with IT teams to support hardware deployments, equipment refreshes, and asset recovery initiatives. * Assist with inventory control, equipment staging, and asset tagging processes. * Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures related to IT asset management., Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
