## About the Role

* 1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, desktop support, or systems support.
 * Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments.
 * Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
 * Basic understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
 * Foundational knowledge of AWS cloud services.
 * Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

 * CompTIA A+, Network+, and/or Security+ certification.
 * AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
 * Experience supporting government, aerospace, defense, or mission-critical environments.
 * Familiarity with PowerShell scripting.

This role offers exposure to enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity practices, cloud technologies, and mission systems supporting aerospace and government customers., * Provide Tier I/II technical support to end-users.

 * Assist with AWS cloud administration tasks.
 * Maintain and ensure the functionality of workstations and user accounts.
 * Support secure IT operations across a diverse technology environment.
 * Collaborate with team members to enhance infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud technology practices., Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
