## Description

Obsidian Solutions Group is seeking a PC Technician to provide desktop support, workstation configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems in an enterprise military environment. The ideal candidate possesses foundational IT certifications, hands-on experience supporting Army or Joint Mission Command systems, and strong technical skills related to hardware, software, and network workstation operations., * Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, and peripheral equipment in accordance with DoD standards.

 * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network workstation issues.
 * Configure, validate, and maintain networked workstations in enterprise environments.
 * Document and track incidents, support tickets, and technical resolutions following established procedures.
 * Identify cyber threats or workstation vulnerabilities and report issues as required.
 * Support operation, maintenance, and security of IT systems, ensuring compliance with DoD policies.
 * Provide user assistance, training, and troubleshooting for workstation hardware, operating systems, and approved applications.
 * Maintain an understanding of physical computer components, IT architecture, and system interoperability with Army/Joint Mission Command systems.
 * Assist with workstation imaging, updates, patches, and inventory management.
 * Ensure proper handling and protection of government IT equipment and data.
 * Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity personnel to ensure secure and reliable system operations.
 * Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, procedures, and technical tasks.
