Some college education with an emphasis in accounting, bookkeeping, business, or computer science preferred. * Minimum 1 year of experience in related field - Cash Applications, A/R, accounting or similar clerical, working with high transaction volumes on daily basis. * Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills. * Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills (10-key and typing). * Highly organized and efficient to get own tasks done and assist manager with additional projects and reporting. * Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel. * Ability to research issues, draw conclusions, and solve problems within the scope of the position * Ability to motivate and communicate effectively with team and other internal partners/customers. * While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to effectively communicate with others. ## Description In this position, you will be responsible for assisting the manager in overseeing the day-to-day workflow of the department and serving as a dependable resource to team members to ensure smooth operations. This position is responsible for the application of cash receipts timely and accurately. It requires a candidate to be a reliable and knowledgeable point of contact for our branches to ensure the department acts as the company's Best Business Partner. Successful candidates must take a proactive and self-motivated approach to their work and model the TEC Values of Teamwork, Entrepreneurship, and Customer-focus always.
