## Description

* Sie betreuen die IT-Infrastruktur der Kundenbasis eigenverantwortlich - von Servern über Netzwerke bis zu Speichersystemen.
 * Installation und Konfiguration von Betriebssystemen und Softwareanwendungen
 * Planung und Umsetzung von Netzwerklösungen für KMU bis ca. 100 Mitarbeiter
 * Analyse und Behebung von Systemstörungen und technischen Problemen
 * Umsetzung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien und Schutz sensibler Kundendaten
 * Planung und Durchführung von System-Upgrades und Migrationen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen Partnern bei IT-Projekten
 * Dokumentation der betreuten Systeme und durchgeführten Maßnahmen
 * Mitarbeit an Automatisierungs- und Standardisierungsprojekten
