## About the Role

* Du verfügst über relevante Erfahrung im SAP-Umfeld - z. B. in Projektleitung, Teilprojektleitung, Lead Consulting, Solution Architecture oder PMO mit echter Steuerungsverantwortung
 * Du bringst ein gutes Verständnis für SAP-Projektlogik und Transformationsabläufe (Planung, Testing, Cutover/Go-Live, Stakeholder-Management) mit
 * Du bringst Erfahrung in SAP Activate, klassischen oder agilen Projektmethoden (inkl. hybriden Ansätzen) mit - oder möchtest dich dahingehend weiterentwickeln - und verfügst über Know-how in End to End Prozessen wie O2C, P2P oder R2R sowie idealerweise in Cloud ALM bzw. Testing Setups (nice to have)
 * Du überzeugst durch Kommunikations- und Moderationsstärke, Teamgeist, Durchsetzungsvermögen und unternehmerisches Denken
 * Du vertraust in deine Kompetenzen, arbeitest zielorientiert und hands-on, denkst analytisch, konzeptionell und kreativ
 * Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch und bist reisebereit (österreichweit, projektabhängig und planbar)

## Description

* Du leitest SAP S/4HANA- und Cloud-Projekte end-to-end: Analyse/Assessment, Konzeption, Umsetzung, Testing, Cutover, Go-Live und Hypercare
 * Du steuerst Projektteams und stellst sicher, dass alle Projektphasen transparent, effizient und entlang der Zielvorgaben laufen (Scope, Budget, Timeline, Qualität, Risiken)
 * Du bereitest Management Reports, PMO-Status Updates und Unterlagen für Steering Committees vor und präsentierst diese so, dass Entscheidungen auf Executive Level schnell und fundiert getroffen werden können
 * Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für Stakeholder, moderierst Workshops (z. B. Fit-to-Standard, Prozessdesign, Entscheider innen-Formate) und sorgst für klare, verbindliche Kommunikation über alle Projektphasen hinweg
 * Du nutzt moderne Projektmethoden und kombinierst sie pragmatisch je nach Projektrealität: SAP Activate, agile Ansätze sowie PMP-/klassische Projektmanagement Best Practices
 * Du treibst die Weiterentwicklung unserer S/4HANA Transformations Projektleitungsansätze aktiv voran und gestaltest damit die Zukunft unserer Delivery Excellence mit
