## About the Role

* A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
 * Associate or bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
 * Strong knowledge Windows Desktop or Laptop hardware, software, and networking
 * Familiarity with Active Directory, GPO, TCP/IP, and Microsoft Server OS
 * Proficient with Microsoft 365
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
 * Ability to lift/move IT equipment
 * Desire for continued education and professional growth, * High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

 * IT support: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

 * Drivers License (Required)

 * Phoenixville, PA 19460 (Required)

 * Participate in on-call rotation and occasional after-hours support
