## Description

* Betreuung, Administration und Weiterentwicklung der unternehmensweiten IT-Infrastruktur
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Server-, Netzwerk- und Client-Systemen
 * Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten sowie Einführung neuer Technologien
 * Analyse und Behebung komplexer Störungen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support
 * Administration von Microsoft-Windows-Servern, Virtualisierungsumgebungen und Active Directory
 * Sicherstellung der IT-Sicherheit sowie Überwachung von Backup- und Recovery-Prozessen
 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen sowie Optimierung bestehender IT-Prozesse
 * Unterstützung und fachliche Begleitung von Kollegen sowie externen IT-Dienstleistern
