## About the Role

* 10+ years in software engineering and architecture roles (technical lead, solution architect, enterprise architect)
 * Strong experience in Java, Python, Spring Boot, and front-end frameworks (Angular/JavaScript).
 * Strong experience in understanding non-functional requirements (SLA, response time, real time, near real time, multi-threading) and ability to create designs that meet the non-functional requirements.
 * 5+ years of full stack development experience
 * 5+ years of SQL, NoSQL, Redis and any relevant database experience
 * 5+ years in cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), microservices, and API design.
 * Experience with DevOps tools (Kubernetes, Jenkins, Docker, Git) and Kafka.
 * Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, especially Generative AI and LLMs.
 * Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations., * Experience in healthcare domain.
 * Full-stack development experience.
 * Experience working with distributed teams across time zones.

Education

 * Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, information systems or related field or equivalent experience required
 * Masters Degree in Computer Science, information systems or related field or equivalent experience preferred

## Description

Architecture & Technical experience

 * Create architectural designs and lead architectural design for enterprise-scale applications and integrations.
 * Collaborate with enterprise and clinical architecture teams to ensure alignment.
 * Work with the product teams (owners, managers) to understand the capabilities being requested and translate them to architectural/technical designs

Team & Program Leadership

 * Guide technical leads and engineers across multiple projects.
 * Act as the senior architect on major initiatives, including clinical programs
 * Provide architectural oversight and hands-on support throughout the development lifecycle.
