This role will collaborate closely with senior leadership to deliver actionable insights that enhance operational performance and customer experience., * Define and execute the BI and Analytics strategy to support organizational goals for IT reliability and cost optimization. * Lead and mentor a team of analysts, developers, and data scientists to deliver high-quality insights and solutions. * Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making., * Develop and maintain advanced reporting and dashboards using Power BI and other visualization tools. * Implement predictive and prescriptive analytics leveraging Machine Learning and AI techniques. * Drive adoption of streaming analytics and real-time monitoring for proactive incident detection and response., * Partner with IT teams to identify opportunities for cost reduction and improved resiliency through data insights. * Support initiatives in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, and Cloud Automation. * Utilize advanced analytics for incident and event management, anomaly detection, and user behavior analysis.
