## About the Role

* Experience in a Level II Support, Network Support, Systems Support, or MSP environment

 * Strong networking and troubleshooting skills

 * Experience supporting Microsoft and/or Google-based environments

 * Familiarity with wireless networking technologies

 * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

 * Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Experience with Ubiquiti/UniFi environments

 * Microsoft Intune experience

 * Experience with RMM tools

## Description

* Troubleshoot networking, wireless, and infrastructure issues

 * Support and maintain client technology environments

 * Assist with network equipment deployments and upgrades

 * Configure and troubleshoot switches, wireless access points, and related hardware

 * Support endpoint management and device administration

 * Assist with infrastructure projects and technology implementations

 * Provide remote and onsite technical support as needed

Additional Details:

 * Flexible part-time schedule

 * Approximately 20 hours per week

 * Hybrid work arrangement with a mix of remote and onsite support

 * Travel to client sites within Eastern Connecticut and nearby Rhode Island as needed

 * Training provided on client environments and internal tools
