## About the Role

* 6+ years of systems analysis and application development experience.
 * Experience developing applications using C#.NET, Web Applications, Desktop Applications, and Web APIs .
 * Hands-on experience with Angular, SQL, SSIS/ETL, GitLab, Git, Azure/Cloud technologies, and Postman .
 * Experience with software development methodologies, testing practices, and application support.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
 * Ability to manage multiple complex projects and deliver within established timelines.
 * Strong communication skills with experience collaborating across technical and business teams.

Preferred Skills:

 * Experience with Automic, Python, Terraform, Azure Data Factory, Mainframe COBOL, Power BI, Jira/Zephyr, and ServiceNow .
 * Experience with enterprise application frameworks, integrations, and complex technology environments.
 * Strong understanding of application architecture and system interfaces.
 * Experience mentoring junior developers and leading technical initiatives.

Education:

 * Associate's degree required with 6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

## Description

* Design, develop, enhance, and support complex enterprise applications and technical solutions.
 * Lead systems analysis, application design, development, testing, and implementation efforts.
 * Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams and less experienced engineers.
 * Analyze complex application environments, integrations, and system dependencies to deliver scalable solutions.
 * Collaborate with developers, operations teams, business stakeholders, and vendors throughout the software development lifecycle.
 * Develop technical specifications, documentation, diagrams, and implementation plans.
 * Perform code development, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
 * Support application enhancements, production issues, and continuous improvement initiatives.
 * Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and application performance.
