## About the Role

UST is searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst / Junior Developer who brings a blend of analytical thinking, hands-on coding ability, and strong communication skills., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

 * Hands-on coding experience in one or more languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, SQL)

 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 * Ability to interact confidently with both technical teams and business stakeholders

 * Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

 * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

 * Nice to Have:

 * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

 * Familiarity with Git/version control systems

 * Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies

 * Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

 * Basic understanding of APIs and integrations, python,version control systems,scrum methodology,cross functional

## Description

* Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders

 * Develop and maintain applications, scripts, and automation solutions

 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions

 * Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities

 * Create and maintain clear technical and functional documentation

 * Support data analysis and reporting needs using relevant tools and technologies

 * Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, clarify requirements, and present findings

 * Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
