Qualifications - Deep experience in both backend and frontend software engineering. - Proficient with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Track record of shipping production-ready products, not just prototypes. - Strong understanding of APIs, cloud architecture, and system design. - Recognized as a technical and cultural leader who sets high standards. - Willing to challenge processes that do not serve the team. - Advocate new abstractions and ensure others can effectively use them. - Experience building real AI-powered systems or workflows. - Demonstrated impact of delivered features on business or side projects. - Experience leading key technical decisions and shaping architecture. - Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
