 * Entstörungsbearbeitung, Hardware-, Software- und Betriebssysteminstallationen
 * Durchführen von IT-Supportarbeiten anhand der übermittelten Incident-, Service-Request-, IMAC- und Break & Fix-Tickets
 * Reparaturen an Desktops, Notebooks, Tablets, Smartphones und mobilen Handscannern im Rahmen der Gerätegarantie
 * Ware annehmen, konfigurieren, terminieren, Übergabe an Logistik-Dienstleister
 * Detaillierte technische Dokumentation aller Arbeitsvorgänge
 * Kontinuierliche Kontrolle und Aktualisierung der Dokumentationen
