Deep understanding of blockchain technology, crypto markets, and digital assets.

## Description

We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager to oversee and coordinate projects across all departments of the company. This is a key leadership role that requires deep understanding of the crypto and blockchain industry, strong project management expertise, and the ability to drive execution in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment., * Oversee and coordinate projects across all company departments to ensure alignment with Caiz Blockchain's mission and strategic objectives.

 * Lead execution of blockchain-related projects, from token ecosystem development to exchange relations, compliance initiatives, and community engagement.
 * Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones tailored for blockchain product launches and partnerships.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, marketers, compliance officers, and business development managers.
 * Ensure smooth execution of token launches, exchange listings, liquidity initiatives, and regulatory compliance requirements.
 * Establish project management frameworks, reporting structures, and KPIs to measure success across all functions.
 * Identify risks unique to crypto markets (volatility, regulatory changes, liquidity challenges) and implement mitigation strategies.
 * Act as the central point of communication between leadership and all departments.
 * Report regularly to senior leadership on progress, performance, and critical issues.
 * Foster a culture of innovation, transparency, and accountability across the organization.
