* Annahme, Bearbeitung und Dokumentation der Servicerequests/Störungen über ein Ticketsystem
 * Durchführen von IT-Support Arbeiten anhand der übermittelten Incident-, Service-Request-, IMAC- und Break & Fix- Tickets
 * Mitarbeit in Projekten (IT-Rollout)
 * Installation und Erstkonfiguration von Desktops, Notebooks, Tablets und mobilen Handscannern nach Vorgabe, Übergabe und Inbetriebnahme an IT-Arbeitsplätzen
 * Ware annehmen, konfigurieren, Terminieren, Übergabe an Logistik-Dienstleister
