## Description

* Verantwortung für die IT-Infrastruktur und Weiterentwicklung der internen IT-Prozesslandschaft
 * Betreuung des Warenwirtschaftssystems (ERP) und weiterer Software
 * Installation, Pflege und Wartung von PC Clients, Software-Updatepflege, Hardware-Reparaturen
 * Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten (Server, Backups, Softwarepflege, Updates)
 * Überwachung der Betriebsfähigkeit der Server und Netzwerkinfrastruktur inkl. Sicherheitsüberprüfungen
 * Schnittstelle zwischen Outsourcing-Partnern, Dienstleistern und internen Fachbereichen
 * Dokumentation der IT-Infrastruktur und IT-Prozesse
 * Ansprechpartner unserer Mitarbeiter bei Soft- und Hardwarefragen
