 * Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Migrations- und Einführungsprojekten
 * Wartung und Betrieb (Problemidentifikation, Fehleranalyse und Problemlösung, 3rd Level)
 * Ticketbearbeitung im 2nd/3rd-Level Support in Zusammenarbeit mit 1st/2nd/-Level Supportern aus dem eigenen und den anderen Operations-Teams
