 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Installation, Administration, Wartung und Dokumentation der Client-/Server-Infrastruktur (insb. im virtualisierten Umfeld)
 * Monitoring und Fehlerbehebung in der Client-/Server-Infrastruktur zur Gewährleistung eines kontinuierlichen und sicheren Betriebs
 * Planung und Durchführung von Projekten sowie Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur
 * Automatisieren von neuen und bestehenden Prozessen
 * User Help Desk - Technische Betreuung von Arbeitsplatzcomputern, Notebooks, Tablets, Multifunktionsgeräten, Druckern, Bildschirmen und Zubehör (Fehleranalyse und Instandsetzung)
 * Betreuung von Windows-Betriebssystemen
