* Annahme von Störungsmeldungen und Serviceanfragen mittels Telefons, E-Mail oder Ticketsystem
 * Bearbeitung und Priorisierung der Tickets im First Level bzw. Second Level
 * Untersuchung und Lösung von Störungen mittels bekannter Standardlösungen
 * Weiterleitung von Themen an die nachgelagerten Supporteinheiten
 * Bearbeitungen von Useranlagen und -berechtigungen im Active Directory
