 * Verantwortlich sowohl für 1st und 2nd Level Support
 * Betreuung und Überwachung der Schnittstellen zu Subsystemen
 * Schulung der Fachabteilungen sowie Unterstützung der UserInnen in Anwendungsfragen
 * Erstellung, Durchführung inklusive Dokumentation von Testszenarien
