 * Prozessorientierter Anwendungssupport in Abhängigkeit der fachspezifischen Applikationen
 * Unterstützung des Teams bei der Fehleranalyse und -behebung, jedoch keine Anwendungsentwicklung
 * Klassifizierung der eingehenden Störungen sowie die Erarbeitung von Lösungen oder Workarounds
 * Kommunikation zum nachgelagerten 3rd Level Applikationssupport
 * Dokumentation im Tickettool sowie ggf. die Nachverfolgung bis zur Problemlösung
