 * Du führst IT-Supportarbeiten anhand der übermittelten Tickets durch
 * Du arbeitest an Projekten mit
 * Du kümmesrt dich um den Support der kompletten Clientumgebung und anderen möglichen Sonderlösungen bei Anforderung des Kunden nach Einarbeitung
 * Du sorgst für den Auf- und Abbau von Hardware inkl. Ersteinrichtung und Konfiguration
 * Du bist verantwortlich für das fachliche Eskalationsmanagement
