Hardware Maintenance:

 * Hardware problem diagnosis

 * Replacement parts and materials are provided by Technology Engineers and/or Hardware Suppliers

 * Replacement of hardware components under the direction of the CTSS team and the equipment's supplier (as required)

Software Maintenance:

 * Aid engineers in software problem diagnosis.

 * Aid engineers in operating system problem diagnosis.

 * Implement solutions under the guidance of the CTSS team, engineer, and the equipment's supplier as required.

 * Provide Anti-Virus Patching Services - based upon a maintenance schedule.

 * Provide Operating System Debug and Patching Services -with concurrence and direction from CTSS, System LOB Owner, and Equipment Supplier.
