Ideally this person should have 1-3 years of desktop support, deployment, or field service experience. The team is supporting the opening of a new ambulatory healthcare facility scheduled to go live in November. Technicians will assist with all aspects of endpoint deployment including imaging, staging, workstation setup, hardware installation, and user support. This team will play a critical role in ensuring all technology is fully operational for the site's opening. Additional Skills & Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills.
