## Description

* Annahme und Bearbeitung von eingehenden Anfragen nach standardisierten Prozessen und mit Hilfe von Hilfsdateien wie einer Lösungsdatenbank, Ticketsystem
 * Erstellen, Bearbeiten und Lösen von Tickets in der First Line unter Einhaltung von definierten Prozessen und Service Level Agreements
 * Unterstützung der IT-Anwender im Hardware- und Softwareumfeld
 * Monitoring, Abarbeiten und Tracking der Tickets
 * Passwortresets und Useradministration nach Anleitung in oder an verschiedenen Systemen wie bspw. Exchange, Active Directory, SAP, Softwareverteilung.
 * Dokumentation der Tätigkeiten im Ticketsystem, * 40% Homeoffice-Remote nach Einarbeitung
 * Die Tätigkeit erfolgt von Montag bis Freitag von 7:15 Uhr -18 Uhr im Schichtbetrieb für 4 Stunden
 * Einstieg in ein erfolgreiches Unternehmen
