## Description

The Senior IT Project Manager will work under the Vice President of Information Technology to lead and coordinate technical teams responsible for the analysis, development, implementation, and documentation of new and existing information systems. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with organizational goals., · Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
· Define project scope, objectives, and system requirements aligned with business goals
· Lead end-to-end project execution and provide technical guidance to teams
· Oversee project staff activities to ensure adherence to standards and deliverables
· Prepare and review system specifications for development and integration
· Develop and manage testing and implementation strategies for system delivery
· Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
· Facilitate project execution using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
· Ensure proper documentation of all project phases and deliverables
· Provide mentorship and leadership to project team members
