* Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Microsoft-Umgebungen beim Kunden - M365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Hyper-V, RDS
 * Planung und Realisierung von IT-Projekten - Migrationen, Tenant-Konsolidierungen, Zero-Trust-Ansätze, Netzwerkmodernisierungen
 * Technische Beratung und Sparring auf Augenhöhe mit den Kunden
 * Strukturierte Dokumentation und saubere Umsetzung von Konzepten
 * Mitarbeit bei Architekturentscheidungen und in der Teamentwicklung
 * Optional: IT-Security, Auditbegleitung, VoIP-Lösungen (Teams-Telefonie, STARFACE), hybride Cloud-Konzepte, * Flexible Arbeitszeitmodelle und Homeoffice-Möglichkeit
