Our client is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Security Systems Administrator to support and enhance enterprise security operations across our Richmond manufacturing and corporate campuses., * Associate's degree or equivalent experience

 * 3-5 years of relevant experience
 * Experience with security systems

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience supporting investigations or HR compliance
 * Familiarity with networking concepts
 * Experience with system integrations, GardaWorld: Make the World a Safer Place

## Description

* Administer and maintain enterprise security systems, including Pro-Watch, MAXPRO, and Right Crowd
 * Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to resolution
 * Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and optimization
 * Analyze alarm activity, access trends, and system data
 * Identify vulnerabilities and track mitigation efforts
 * Provide on-call support
 * Generate reports and insights

Investigations & Video Review

 * Manage video footage requests from leadership and HR Compliance
 * Conduct detailed video reviews and investigations
 * Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
