## Description

* Administration, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastrukturen der Kunden
 * Administration und Optimierung von Microsoft-365-Umgebungen
 * Durchführung von Software-Updates, Patch-Management sowie Sicherstellung eines stabilen Systembetriebs
 * Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwarestörungen im Rahmen des IT-Supports
 * Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten, beispielsweise bei Systemeinführungen und Migrationen
 * Unterstützung bei der Migration lokaler Systeme in Rechenzentrumsumgebungen
 * Betreuung und Support von POS-Systemen und den dazugehörigen Anwendungen
 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen
 * Planung und Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen sowie Vermittlung von IT-Know-how
