 * If you've worked in construction, warehouse, manufacturing, the military, or any physically demanding role - you're already ahead of the game., * Experience in physically demanding roles (construction, trades, warehouse, military, etc.)
 * A strong work ethic and "get it done" mentality
 * Consistent attendance and reliability
 * Comfort using basic hand tools
 * Ability to work safely on ladders and lifts
 * Any electrical or military knowledge is a bonus

## Description

As a Level 1 Technician, you'll support lead techs and learn the essentials of data center work, including:

 * Pulling and routing low-voltage cabling
 * Building, stacking, and prepping equipment racks
 * Labeling, scanning, and organizing network components
 * Assisting with installs and following industry best practices
 * You'll get hands-on experience from day one.
