Preferred Skills * Scrum certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM). * PMP certification or equivalent project management certification. * Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder). * Experience supporting Salesforce GovCloud environments. * Familiarity with federal compliance frameworks (e.g., FISMA, ATO processes). * Experience coordinating with release management and DevOps teams. * Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills. * Experience driving Agile transformation or coaching teams.
