This role balances people leadership, architectural direction, and cross-functional partnership to deliver reliable, modern, and scalable software solutions aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader who can operate at both a strategic and execution level, foster collaboration across teams, and guide teams through modernization, change, and complex delivery challenges.
