You will define metrics, identify and source data, build queries, and create executive-ready reporting that supports customer engagement strategies while advancing controls, risk, and regulatory priorities. You will translate complex data into clear narratives that enable leaders to decide if, where, when, how, and whom to engage for stronger customer outcomes.
